When most people want to get laid more, the go to thing to look at tends to be how we look. It stands to reason, if you are looking to have sex with someone, then since the act of sex is a physical one that happens with the body, the first thing that is judged in terms of sexual attractiveness is of course how we look.
What women do
If you are woman and you wanted to have more sex, get hit on more or are in search of a fuck buddy, then you probably went on a diet. Losing weight is a quick and sure fire way to look more sexy as a woman. There is a reason that the exercise and diet industry is a multi billion dollar industry. It is huge for a reason – because the bottom line is that it works. There is a question of course, does it work because we intrinsically like smaller women, or is it because of the industry propagating the idea that thin women are hotter that we find thinner woman more sexy as men? I personally think that it may be the latter, stands to reason to me that a long time ago when food was scarce that a larger woman displays that she is healthier with better access to food and resources – and thus more likely to be able to bear children fruitfully. I think that it is more modern times that we find ourselves in a society where we revere “thinness”. That however is the world we are currently in, and what I have to work with.
Don’t over do it
If you are a woman and you are on the “get thinner” diet, then let me just give you one piece of advice. Be realistic with your goals. Certain people are built a certain size, and dropping beneath that size makes you look unhealthy – which in of itself is unattractive. Try to avoid this. Loosing fat will without a doubt get you into someone’s bed faster than if you are overweight, but becoming so thin we see bone, ribs or the skin sags so badly because it has nothing to cling to is not going to get you anywhere. In addition to this remember your boobs are going to get smaller when you lose weight. If you drop to a healthy size this will all be in proportion and it is not an issue at all, but if you go too small, you will counter balance the gain you make from the weight loss due to the drop in cup size.
So losing weight will help your sex life – just be careful and don’t overdo it.
